Melissa Beadnell, DMD – Specializing in General and Cosmetic Dentistry
Dr. Melissa Beadnell grew up in the Portland area, working as an assistant in her father’s oral surgery practice while in high school. She became passionate about dental care, and went on to graduate with academic honors from Oregon State University in 2004.
In 2008, Dr. Beadnell graduated with honors from Oregon Health and Science University School of Dentistry. After receiving her dental degree, she completed a one-year general practice residency at the Puget Sound Veterans Administration Hospital in Seattle. This experience involved in-depth training in the dental management of medically compromised patients, oral surgery and sedation, and advanced prosthodontics, including implants, dentures, crowns and bridges.
Passionate about patient care, she commits herself to continuing education and using her skills to give back to her community. Dr. Beadnell and her staff currently volunteer for Medical Teams International Dental Vans on a regular basis.
Following her residency, Dr. Beadnell has been in private practice in Hillsdale. She and her husband live in Tigard with their daughters, and they feel so fortunate to be part of such a wonderful community. She and her family enjoy traveling, the Portland Trail Blazers basketball, and spending time with family and friends.
